Bring your sites’ meter readings together

Manage your sites’ electricity and gas readings in one place, with meters grouped by location. A larger portfolio comes in from one CSV file.

Connection status is visible for each meter. When connecting, request up to one, two or three years of past readings, depending on plan, so that comparisons with earlier years are available from the first day.

Use your sites’ readings in your existing energy-management and analysis software. A webhook, MQTT or SFTP connection feeds the readings into your system; scheduled exports supply CSV or XLSX files for your calculations and reporting.

Metered feed-in complements your inverter data with the electricity exported at the grid connection. For participating meters, the energy-community view shows how much each community receives from feed-in or contributes to consumption.

Monthly power peaks at every metering point

The peak loads report (preview) compares monthly power peaks in kW for each metering point, for consumption and feed-in. See which connections carry the highest peaks and how those peaks change over the year.

For energy quantities, the energy balance compares consumption and feed-in by site. The annual overview (preview) shows monthly electricity consumption and feed-in throughout the year.

Compare gas use with operating hours

Hourly gas readings show daily and weekly consumption patterns. Compare them with operating hours and heating schedules to assess use outside expected operating times.

Supply readings for your calculations and reports

Scheduled exports provide site readings as CSV or XLSX after a week, month or quarter has closed. Your team receives the data by email for further analysis and reporting.

For EEffG evidence or an ISO 50001 review, every exported value carries its metering point, timestamp and quality mark, as delivered by the grid operator.

FAQ

Questions about energy data for your sites

Yes, if your system accepts a supported data connection or file format. Tell us which software you use so we can check compatibility.

The person authorised for the metering point approves the request in the grid operator’s portal. For a portfolio, establish who has that access for each site.

Yes. When a meter is connected you can request its past readings from the grid operator, up to one, two or three years back depending on plan. Older periods may arrive at daily resolution.

The coverage view shows missing days, and the readings distinguish measured values and estimates. Missing ongoing deliveries are requested again from the grid operator. When they arrive depends on that operator.

Each plan includes a number of meters and a monthly amount for every additional one; there is no upper limit. Current prices are on the pricing page.

You can use the meter readings in your existing energy-management and reporting process. energiedaten.at supplies the data, not an ISO 50001 management system.
