Answer owners’ questions about common‑area electricity per property

Data access requires a separate approval for each metering point. Managing the property does not by itself give you access to residents' meters. The common-area meters are the starting point described here.

Yes. When a meter is connected you can request its past readings from the grid operator, up to one, two or three years back depending on plan. The comparison with the previous year is available from the first day.

The export contains meter readings. You or your accounting service add prices, check invoices and apply the relevant allocation rules in your existing process.

You pay for a plan with a number of included meters plus a monthly amount for each additional meter. Light suits a smaller portfolio; Plus adds importing a whole portfolio from one file. Current prices are on the pricing page.

You can review readings in energiedaten.at and export files for further work. A direct import depends on the formats and interfaces your software supports. Tell us which system you use so we can check the route with you.

The grid operator's meter records what the building draws from the grid and what it feeds in. Solar electricity used inside the building does not appear there. For the building's total consumption you also need the PV system's readings.

It is live for every customer with properties set up as sites. We may still change it, remove it or assign it to a different plan later. Your readings and exports are not affected.
