All sites in one list, whichever of Austria’s 140+ grid operators serves them. You select a site or the whole company and receive the same period for every meter, for the energy consumption figures under ESRS E1-5 or your EEffG documentation.
For a period before you connected, request the past readings from the grid operator when you add the meter: up to one, two or three years back depending on plan.
The energy balance sets electricity and gas per site side by side for the period; the annual overview (preview) shows electricity month by month. Use them to review the year before preparing the figures for your report.
Each value is marked as measured, estimated or missing, so you can judge the data before you export it.
Export the readings as CSV or XLSX for the sites and period your report covers.
Check the import into your ESG software
A scheduled export sends CSV or XLSX files for a site or a single meter to the selected recipients by email after each closed month or quarter.
Your ESG software can also receive the readings directly, by webhook or SFTP, or fetch them from the REST API. Corrected values that the grid operator sends later arrive the same way.

Yes. When a meter is connected, its past readings are requested from the grid operator, up to one, two or three years back depending on plan. Older periods may arrive at daily resolution.
The person authorised for the metering point approves the request in the grid operator’s portal. For a portfolio, establish who has that access for each site.
You receive the meter readings. Your reporting process supplies emission factors, other data sources and the calculations for the finished report.
The grid operator's meter records what the site draws from the grid and what it feeds in. Solar electricity used on site does not appear there. For the site's total consumption you also need the PV system's readings.
energiedaten.at connects Austrian metering points. For sites abroad you keep your current source; the Austrian sites arrive in the same file format.

It is live for every customer with sites. We may still change it, remove it or assign it to a different plan later. Your readings and exports are not affected.
